INSPIR3 MiniCon
Even though 63% of students in art, communication, and english majors are female, only 3% of them rise through the ranks to leading creative positions in agencies. By sending male creative directors tweets of occupations their daughters have a better chance at becoming, they will be directed to the INSPIR3 MiniCon website where they can watch a web video explaining the mini conference. We hope to capture not only their attention but Kat Gordon's, creator of the 3% conference, and encourage her to have a mini conference for female creative students.
